教师促进事业的本土化:首都经济贸易大学OTA的特色创新

摘　　要：首都经济贸易大学OTA(Office of Teacher Advancement,教师促进中心)的使命是:全面促进教师的教学、科研和身心健康。首都经济贸易大学OTA是在落实学校"十一五"学科发展规划和推动教师职业生涯规划的背景下成立的,它得益于多伦多大学OTA的无私帮助,并从香港大学、香港理工大学、香港科技大学、香港中文大学等学校得到了重要的启发。首都经济贸易大学OTA走过了一个从引进到创新的过程,具有四个明显的特色:与教师职业生涯规划工作紧密结合、充分发挥本校人力资源管理专业教授的作用、全面促进教师的教学与科研、志愿者体制创新。这些特色可能是中国内地高校的首创。The mission of OTA （Office of Teacher Advancement） of Capital University of Economics and Business is to advance comprehensive teaching, research and physical and mental health of its faculty. OTA of Capital University of Economics and Business is established in the process of implementation of university development planning and faculty career planning, it benefited from the selfless help of OTA of University of Toronto , got the important enlightenment from four universities of Hong Kong. OTA of Capital University of Economics and Business has gone through a process from import to innovation, it has the following four features： teachers advancement work closely related with faculty career planning , university professors of human resource management playing a full role in teacher advancement work , fully advance teaching and research, volunteer system innovation. These four characteristics may be the first in China's Mainland.
