摘　　要：21世纪生物技术高速发展,而地方师范院校的生物技术专业的学生就业前景不容乐观,培养高素质的实用型和创造型人才是地方师范院校生物技术专业发展面临的重要课题.本文从"细胞工程"课程的实验教学的角度,探讨生物技术专业实验教学方式的改进,为提高实践教学的水平提供理论基础.Biotechnology has achieved high--speed development in the 21st Century, but the prospect of students＇ employment in local teachers colleges was dim. Cultivating high quality, Practical and creative talented persons was an important issue which the biotechnology specialty development of local teachers colleges was confronted with. The article discusses the experiment teaching of ＂Cell EnNneering＂ , for improving biotechnology specialty experiment teaching way, providing theoretical basis for practical teaching.
