摘  要:"教学设计能力"是现代教育技术学中的专用名词,是评价教师素质、选用教师的标准之一。教学设计能力的培养是师范院校专业课中的重中之重,如何通过教学让学生获得教学设计能力?文章从理论的积累、感知、运用三个方面加以阐释。提出改革课堂教学模式、加大学生对理论知识的感悟和运用,以促进学生教学设计能力的生成。The ability of teaching design is a term used in the modem educational teaching and it is also one of the standards to evaluate the education quality and select teachers. The forming of this ability is the most important in the specialized courses of normal schools. But how to make the students obtain this kind of ability through teaching? In this paper, the author will make an explanation of this problem from 3 parts, which are accumulating, feeling and using of theory. In this way, we can reform the class teaching patterns, improve their realization and using of theories, and then improve their ability of teaching design.
