摘　　要：新生入学教育是每个大学生必须经历的一项重要的大学教育课程,旨在加深新生对学校的发展历史、学院概貌的认识,明确学校的各种规章制度,转变学生学习观念,促进学生尽快适应大学生活。高校新生入学教育应当建立一套规范的体系,其大致可以分为三大模块:各种生动活泼的迎新和教育活动、众多的辅导课程、周到的个性化服务。同时还应把握好入学教育的时间、内容和形式等,注意掌握新生入学教育的方法。Orientation program for freshmen, a must for every college student, is designed to enlighten the students on the school＇s history, its general situation and its rules and regulations so that they can adapt quickly to college life. Orientation program is a system that is comprised of three parts： lively welcoming activities, multiple counseling courses and good personalized services. Special attention should he paid to the time, content and form of the orientation.
