摘　　要：近年来，大学毕业生的就业问题日益凸显，毕业生就业工作已经成为高校工作的重要部分。辅导员作为高校从事学生就业指导工作的重要力量，对大学生就业工作发挥着重要的作用。充分发挥高校辅导员在就业工作中的作用，一要加强培养，提高辅导员的素质；二要明确工作职责，加强监督、考核；三要建立激励机制，调动辅导员的积极性。In recent years, the employment getting of university graduates is becoming prominent. The employment of colleges and universities students has become an important part of the university work. As students instructors engaged inideological and political work, they are important members and play an important role in students career guiding. This paper makes a discussion on the function of university instructors in students employment getting, It has important practical significance to the employment getting work of colleges and universities students.
