摘 要:目的研究多元智能理论对儿科护理实习教学的影响。方法将我校2004级来我科实习的学生80名随机分为实验组、对照组各40例。实验组应用多元智能理论的观点带教,针对学生不同智能的特点,根据学生智能结构中的优势智能设计相应的教学活动,对照组接受常规的实习教学方法。以学生考核成绩、问卷调查作为评估依据。结果实验组学生在理论考试和技术操作成绩均高于对照组学生,所有调查项目的肯定率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用多元智能理论,能提高学生学习兴趣和主动性,激发学生对儿科护理实习的自信心、积极性,使学生在实习过程中,优势智能得到充分发展,同时带动其弱势智能的发展,有助于培养高素质的护理人才。Objective To study the effect of multiple intelligences theory for pediatric nursing students during clinical practice. Method 80 practice students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group has 40 students. According to students different sets of intelligences, the teachers designed appropriate teaching methods in the experimental group. Students in control group accepted routine teaching methods only. Students test scores and questionnaire survey was conducted and compared. Result Test scores of theory and technical operations in the experimental group were higher than that of in the control group. The positive rate of surveyed indicator in the experimental group were also higher than that of in the control group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of multiple intelligences theory gives the students the opportunity to further develop their dominant intelligences and to driven their weaker intelligences. It also helps the students develop a sense of self-confidence, enthusiasm and helps to cultivate medical personnel of high quality.
