摘　　要：全球金融危机导致的经济“严冬”，使得企业不得不重新审视现采用的薪酬体系。现国际上流行的三种薪酬体系各有优缺点。企业应根据自身特点及特殊的外部环境来调整自身薪酬体系，确保企业顺利度过“寒冬”。The economic depression caused by the global financial crisis, which made companies have to reconsider the salary system. Nowadays, three international popular salary system have their own advantages and disadvantages. Companies should be based on their own characteristics and special external environment to adjust its salary system to pull through the ＂economic winter＂ successfully.
