摘 要:在超临界CO2萃取中,由于萃取釜中固体物料的堆积和植物致密的外层细胞壁结构,导致其萃取效率的下降。传统的超临界CO2萃取方式通常是采用动态循环萃取(DCE),虽然经过长时间的反复萃取,能够保证较高的萃取产率,但萃取时间长,能耗高。论文根据超临界CO2萃取工艺的特点,在通常动态循环萃取前引入一个预膨胀工艺,考察了这两种萃取方式对樟树籽仁油萃取率的影响。试验结果发现,预膨胀-动态循环萃取法(PE-DCE)与单一动态循环萃取法相比,在相同的萃取率下,PE-DCE法可缩短萃取时间一半以上;在相同的萃取时间下,PE-DCE法所得油的产率是DCE法的1.19倍;在相同的原料粒径下,PE-DCE法所得油的产率是DCE法的1.58倍以上。In supercritical CO2 extraction, the extraction rate declines when a mass of solid materials are deposited in an extractor. Consequently, a dynamic -cycle extraction (DCE) process is often adopted in traditional supercritical CO2 extraction to ensure a normal extraction rate. DCE process means a repeating longtime extraction, thus the whole process takes quite a long time and consumes much energy. In this work, a pre - expansion process was introduced before the dynamic - cycle extraction, so called PE - DCE, and its effect on oil extraction from camphor seeds was explored compared with DCE. Results: In a comparison gainning the same oil yield, PE -DCE takes half of the time that DCE takes ; in a comparison taking the same extraction time, PE - DCE gains oil yield 1.19 times higher than what DCE gains; and in a comparison using the same material particle size, PE - DCE gains oil yield 1.58 times higher than what DCE gains.
