摘  要:采用纸层析法制取山葡萄色素中各纯组分。以浓盐酸:甲酸:水:24.9:23.7:51.4(V/V)为展开剂。分离出两个独立的非常明显的色谱带。根据0.1%盐酸甲醇液中显色,紫外-可见吸收光谱测定,与Alcl3反应,糖组分鉴定,色素的部分及完全水解,A44/A-max比值等综合研究结果推断,山葡萄色素两组分分别为芍药色素-3-葡萄糖苷(Pn-3-glu)和矢车菊素-3-葡萄糖苷(Cy-3-glu)。Pure components of pigments in Vitis amurensis Rupe. were prepared by the paperchromatography. Cone. Hcl - HCOOH - H2O(24. 9 : 23. 7: 51. 7, V/ V) being used as aspreader, two distinct bands were separated. Based on such overall studies as the developingin 0. 1% Hcl - MeOH Solution, detennination of ultraviolet - visible absorption spectrum,reaction with Alcl3, identification of carbohydrate components. partial and complete hydrolysis of pigments, calculating A440/ Amax ratio and so on, it can be deduced that the twocomponents of the pigments in Vitis amurensis is peonidin - 3 - glucoside (Pn - 3 - glu ) andcyanidin - 3 - glucoside(Cy - 3 - glu ), respectively.
