摘  要:本文介绍干制黄花菜工厂化加工设备,为找出最优的加工工艺,提高干制黄花菜成品的品质、生产率,实现机械化生产,采用连续带式蒸汽杀青机对黄花菜进行前处理,GH-20热风干燥机和太阳能组合干燥工艺进行干制。通过生产试验,杀青机的蒸汽温度设定为95℃,变频器频率设定为22.5Hz(时间约为60s);组合干燥工艺采用90℃热风干燥温度干燥1h,接着把热风温度设定为80℃,干燥3h,其含水率约为20%左右,再用太阳能干燥房干燥,直到安全含水率约为14%左右。In this paper, we introduce drying technology and equipment for lily flower industrialized production. During the course of preprocess, the lily flower was been removed green by continuous belt vapour removing green machines with vapour temperature 95℃ and process time 60 seconds (transducer setting value is 22.5Hz). On drying period, GH-20 type heated air-flow dryer and solar drying was been applied. By this way, it promoted quality and productivity of dry lily flower, which would take an important role to lily flower industrialized production.
