摘 要:针对现有汽车轴距差测量方法无法实现准确高效检测的现状,提出了基于单目视觉的汽车轴距差快速检测系统,采用世界坐标系与计算机图像坐标系空间变换理论,建立了基于单目视觉摄像机系统的车轮接地印迹的测量模型,实现了摄像机的准确标定;为准确识别车轮接地印记,在分析对比各种图像处理技术基础上,确定了以Canny算子和形态学运算为基础的车轮印迹中心识别策略,并对轴距差检测试验系统进行了软硬件设计。试验结果表明,该检测系统能够满足检测线的实时检测要求,检测精度达到1.0 mm。To the situation that the measuring method currently used is unable to realize the accuracy and efficient detection, the fast detection system adopts monocular vision is proposed for testing the difference of automobile wheelbase. Based on the spatial alternation theory of word coordinate and computer image coordinate, the measuring model for the ground marks of vehicular wheels based on camera system of monocular vision is constructed, which realizes the precise camera calibration. For the accuracy recognition of ground marks, according to the analysis and comparison of various image processing methods, the recognition strategy for the center of the wheel ground mark based on Canny detector and morphologic manipulation is determined. The hardware and software of the testing system of axle distance is designed. The experiments show that the detection system achieves the requirement of real-time test and the precision is 1.0 mm.1 tab, 7 figs, 15 refs.
