摘　　要：地方高职院校教育研究面临种种困难,大部分教师对教育研究的认识模糊、能力偏低、动力缺乏。面对这些情况,本文主要从提高认识、政策导向、建立保障机制、明确研究方向和加强团队建设等几方面进行了探讨。The education research of local higher vocational colleges faces many problems and most of teachers have vague recognition, low ability and lack of motive to education research. This paper mainly discussed how to raise awareness, guided with correct policies, established safeguard mechanisms, made clear the research direction and strengthened the team construction.
