摘　　要：传统的产业集群模式由于集群产品空间上的近似性和同质性,集群内企业极易产生低成本竞争问题。针对这一问题我们可以在产业集群中采用供应链管理模式,依托有关经济学原理,通过阐述基于供应链管理的产业集群的特点,建立其相应的运行模式。该种模式能更有效地解决产业集群中地域性、低成本以及生产要素短缺等问题,并大大地节约交易费用。The problems of low cost competition between enterprises in industry cluster are ealily happen. Because of similarity and homogeneity in space, aimeat at this question, we can apply the model of supply chain management in industry cluster. Applying economics theory, by analyzing the characteristic of industry cluster and running model of industry cluster based on supply chain management are proposed. The model can resolve many problems, including regionalism, low cost and lack of production factors and lower the transition costs greatly.
