摘 要:目前,我国基本实现了九年义务教育,但与"有学上"、"上好学"的要求尚有较大距离,深层次矛盾凸显,并出现了一些新问题。本文通过剖析当前我国义务教育发展面临的挑战,从强化义务教育战略地位、政府职责的角度,提出调整城乡学校布局、加强农村学校建设、加强农村教师队伍建设等政策建议。At present, we have basically realized nine-year compulsory education, but there is still a considerable distance to really meet the needs of "having enough schools and high quality education". Some old deep-rooted contradictions become more and more evident,and new problems appear. By analyzing the challenges faced by development of compulsory education and from the perspective of strengthening strategic position of education and government responsibility, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions such "as overall planning and adjustment of distribution of urban and rural schools, strengthening construction and development of rural schools and rural teaching staff.
