校企“双主体”培养模式下对企业积极性的调动

摘　　要：学校和企业"双主体"培养体系的建立,有利于实现学校和企业双方面的资源共享。分析目前校企合作中企业动力不足的原因,从企业、学校和国家三个方面探求提高企业积极性的办法,加强高技能人才工作全面部署,明确高技能人才培养中学校的基础作用和企业的主体地位,倡导校企合作培养模式。The establishment of ＂double subjecs＂ cultivation mode of school and enterprise is favorable for sharing the resources of them. This article aims to research enterprise＇s lack of enthusiasm in the cooperation, and proposes motivating means to solve this phenomenon from enterprise itself, school and the nation. It also strengthens the planning of the high-skilled talents cultivation, clarifies the fundamental position of school and the subject status of enterprise in it, encouraging the school-enterprise cooperation.
