摘  要:采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(SPME-GC-MS)联用技术分析中国西南地区紫茎泽兰中的挥发性物质成分,结果表明:在挥发温度为35℃时,分离出28种有机组分,鉴定出了23种化合物,包括烃、苯、酮、醚、醇、脂和醛类。1-甲基-2-(1-甲基乙基)苯、二甲硫醚、α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、2-蒈烯及冰片相对质量分数分别为28.97%,1.04%,0.43%,8.27%,0.45%,5.87%,0.70%,这些化合物的总相对质量分数为45.03%,它们对动物的呼吸系统、眼睛及皮肤等具有刺激性。样品的挥发温度升高分离出的有机组分增多,但其有害挥发性物质成分变化不大,在35℃时,大部分有害物质已挥发出来。The volatile ingredients of the Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng from Southwest of China have been analyzed by the technology of SPME-GC-MS.The results show that when the volatile temperature is 35℃,28 kinds of organic compositions are segregated and 23 kinds of compounds are identified,including hydrocarbon,benzene,ketone,ether,alcohol,fat and aldehyde.The relative quality marks of 1-Methyl-2-(1-methylethyl)-benzene,dimethyl sulfide,α-pinene,camphene,β-pinene,2-carene and borneol are 28.97%,1.04%,0.43%,8.27%,.0.45%, 5.87%, 0.70%,respectively. The total relative quality mark of these compounds is 45.03 %. They have irritation to an animal's respiratory system, eyes and skin, etc. With the rising of the sample volatile temperature, more organic compounds are separated from the fresh Eupatoriurn adenophorum Spreng, but the constituent of harmful compounds are relatively stable. Harmful compounds are almost volatilized at 35℃.
