摘 要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术对云南普洱茶晒青毛茶的主要化学成分的指纹图谱进行了研究。结果表明:以乙腈-0.03%三氟乙酸为流动相,采用梯度洗脱的方法,毛茶化合物的各种组分可得到良好的分离;通过对18个样品HPLC图谱的分析,共确定了24个色谱峰作为普洱毛茶的特征指纹峰,建立了普洱毛茶的HPLC指纹图谱;与绿茶比较,二者HPLC图谱存在较大的差异,表明得到的色谱图可以作为云南毛茶专属性的指纹图谱,为普洱毛茶鉴别和质量控制提供了实验依据。The fingerprint of main chemicals in Pu-er crude tea collected from Yunnan was investigated by HPLC. The results showed that the components of Puer crude tea can be well separated by HPLC using gradient elution of acetonitrile and 0.03% of trifluoroacetic acid. Based on the analysis of HPLC chromatogram of 18 tea samples, it was confirmed that 24 peaks in chromatograms can be selected as characterization peaks, and then fingerprint was constructed. Comparing with green tea, there was great difference in HPLC chromatograms between Pu-erh crude tea and green tea, suggesting that HPLC chromatogram obtained can be distinguished as special fingerprint for Pu-erh crude tea. This investigation can apply fundamental data for identification and quality-assessment of pu-er crude tea.
