摘  要:根据矢量控制原理,用Id=0的控制方式,在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立永磁同步伺服系统的仿真模型。为了精确的模拟实际系统,在仿真模型中加入了死区效应并且实现了离散控制。仿真中的电机模型参数全部按照实际电机手册的参数,控制器根据工程设计法分别计算出了电流环和速度环PI调节器的参数。但在模型的建立和对仿真结果的分析中,发现了2个仿真系统的问题:1)Simulink自带的坐标变换模块与理论公式的不同,包括选取系数和参考角度的不同;2)由于仿真步长的问题,离散控制系统的输出响应出现了一定的震荡。对以上问题都进行了详细的分析研究,最终得到了十分接近实际系统的仿真波形。The permanent magnet synchronous servo system simulation model was established, based on the principle of vector control, with Id = 0 control manner, in Matlab/Simulink environment. In order to accurately simulate the actual system, add the dead zone and achieve the effect of discrete control in the simulation model. PMSM parameters of the simulation are all in accordance with the parameters of the actual motor manual. For controller, according to the traditional engineering method, figure out the parameters of current and speed loop regulator, respectively. But in development of the model and analysis of the simulation results, find 2 problems of simulation system.. 1)differences between simulink its own coordinate transformation module and theoretical formula, including the differences of select parameters and reference angle; 2) due to problem of simulation step,the responses of discrete control system have a concussion in a certain degree. For the abovementioned problems a detailed analysis was carried out. Finally the simulation waveform is very close to the actual system.
