德国职业继续教育发展对我国的启示

摘　　要：继续教育业已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分和构建终身教育体系、创建学习型社会的重要内容和手段。本文通过分析德国职业继续教育基本情况和特点,针对我国继续教育发展现状,积极借鉴德国职业继续教育有益经验,从发展我国继续教育动力、主体、趋势和保障等方面进行积极探索。Continuing education has become an essential part of higher education in China, which is also the important content and means in constructing lifelong educational system and a learning society. Through analysis of the basic situation and characteristics of German vocational and continuing education, the article proposes that we should use its experience for reference according to our current situation and develop our continuing education in power, main body, trend, guarantee, etc.
