摘 要:[目的]了解内科住院病人的营养状况,并提出合理建议,以积极配合营养治疗,促进疾病康复。[方法]采用24h膳食回顾法,对122名内科住院病人膳食摄入情况进行随机调查,参照《参考营养素摄入量(RNI)》提供的标准进行评价。[结果]被调查内科住院病人人均每天能量和蛋白质摄入分别为7.8MJ和74.1g,各占RNI的81.1%和102.9%。蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物供能百分比分别为15.9%、24.6%、59.5%,基本合理。膳食中的蔬菜、豆类及豆制品、奶及奶制品摄入不足,内科病人中钙、维生素A和维生素B2的摄入存在不同程度不足。其中心血管疾病患者营养过剩与营养缺乏同时存在。[结论]加强内科住院病人的健康教育,使患者知道如何根据病情需要合理调整膳食,以增强疗效,促进康复。[Objective] To understand the nutrition status of inpatients in hospital, and give reasonable suggestions, so as to coordinate nutritional treatment and promote recovery. [Methods] 122 medical patients in hospital were investigated by the 24h dietary recalling method, and the results were evaluated according to ‘Recommended dietary intakes’. [Results] The average of energy and protein of 122 medical patients were 7.8MJ and 74.1g, respectively, and accounted for 81.1% and 102.9% of RNIs, respectively. The energy ratios from protein, fat and carbohydrate were 15.9%、 24.6% and 59.5%, respec- tively. Vegetable, legumes and legumes production, milk and milk productions were lack. Calcium, VitA and VitB2 were inadequate in varying degrees to the Standard of RNIs. Over nutrition and nutrition depletion were coexistence in cardiovascular disease patients. [Conclusion] Health education should be strengthened in internal medicine patients, so as to make the patients learning how to adjust dietary structure reasonably according to their disease and to promote rehabilitation.
