摘 要:插补技术是数控技术中的核心技术,插补算法的选择直接影响到数控系统的加工精度和速度。充分运用GT400_SV运动控制卡开放式数控系统具有的双CPU的优点,综合考虑加工精度和加工速度的要求,采用累加弦长的三次B样条曲线插补算法,并利用VC 6.0编写插补程序,在固高二维运动平台上得到了实际验证。并对插补精度和效率进行优化。Interpolation technology is the core of the numerical control technology, which will have a direct impact on the technical quality of NC. Directly, the choice of interpolation algorithm influences the accuracy and speed of CNC machining. This passage fully applies the card of motion control GT400_SV in open CNC system which has the advantage of the double CPU, on the ground of the consideration of the requirement of the processing accuracy and speed, also it adopts B-spline interpolation algorithm of three parameters to the problem of cumulative string. On the meantime, the actual result has been demonstrated by the experiment based on application of interpolation procedures of VC6.0 in two-dimensional movement platform of GUGAO,in addition to this, this passage optimizes the accuracy and efficiency of interpolation.
