摘  要:对苹果中的霉菌进行了分离、纯化与初步鉴定。结果表明:从苹果中初步分离出3株霉菌,通过对其形态、培养特征及生物学特性的研究,初步鉴定3株菌株分别为青霉属(Penicillium)、黑曲霉属(Aspergillus niger)、米曲霉属(Aspergillus oryzae)。In this paper, molds of apple were separated, purificated and identificated, as well as different antiseptic to different strains were studied, in order to take further effective measures to extend the shelf life of apple or provide a theoretical basis.The results indicated that 3 strains of mold were separated and identified from apple. According to the colony forms and biology characteristics,they are Penicillium,Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus oryzae.
