关于高校辅导员的职业化

摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。目前存在着辅导员职业认同度不高、流动性大等问题。实施辅导员职业化,要给予其准确定位,明确职责,开展岗位培训和资格认定工作,逐步改善其待遇,使其相对稳定,并在动态中形成相对合理的年龄梯队结构。Instructors are the mainstay in carrying out university students ideological and political education.At present,the profession of being instructors does not gain high social identity,but with high mobility.University should implement the profession of instructors,with accurate orientation,clear duty,and position training,to improve their treatment and make the ranks stable.
