芬兰中小学教师职前培养制度的特点及启示——以赫尔辛基大学为例

摘　　要：在芬兰,教师拥有较高的社会地位,并受到公众的广泛尊重和认同,而这与芬兰完善的教师职前培养制度有着密切的关系。芬兰教师教育在招生制度、课程设置、教师资格制度等方面都为芬兰培养优质的师资队伍提供了奠基作用,并体现了其独有的特色。Teachers hold higher position in the society and are respected by the public,which have close relationship with the well-estabhshed system of initial teacher education in Finland. Helsinki University will be taken for example ,and the recruiting system,curriculum design and the system of teacher qualification in the initial teacher education have already shown the characteristics of teacher education in Finland.
