摘　　要：作为存在半个世纪之久的人本主义心理学，近年来，越来越受到一线教师及教育研究人员重视。普遍观点认为，其以学生本身发展为终极目的的教育理念正是现代应试教育所忽略和欠缺的。本文从日常写作教学人手，对如何在人本主义教育观指导下进行更有效的课堂教学展开讨论。In recent gears, as half-centuny-long existenle of humanistic psychology, more and more front-line teachers and educational researchers attach importance to it. The commor Perception is that the student＇s udn development as the ultimate goal of the educational philosphy which is the lack of modern test-oriented education. This paper disuisses have to the take effective teaching under the humanism education.
