摘　　要：通过研究我国和国外的体育基础教育教材管理的体制,结合国外部分学校的体育基础教育教材管理方式,然后重点理析我国的国家、地方、学校三级教材管理体制。Through the analysis of fundamental sports textbook management in China and abroad, and their different management system, then the author analyzes states, local districts, schools, the three tier management system of teaching materials.
