摘　　要：人力资源管理是高校图书馆管理的关键,而激励是人力资源管理的核心,本文阐述了激励的概念及其作用,并就如何在高校图书馆中建立正确的人力资源激励机制提出了建议。Human- resources management is the key point for library management, and incentive is the nucleus of human resources management in libraries. This paper expounded the definition and fimction of incentive mechanism, and advanced some suggestions on how to construct the perfect incentive mechanism of human- resources managemen in universities.
