摘  要:校长发展性培训是校长专业发展的必然要求,也是提高校长现代综合素质和学校领导管理能力的有效途径。校长发展性培训是一种基于科学发展和可持续发展的理念,是基于并超越基础性的未来适应培训取向,是一种引发校长主动学习的有组织的持续交流,是一种以校长能力为核心的素质全面提升活动。要有效开展校长发展性培训,必须走培训专业化之路。Principals' developmental training is an inevitable requirement for principals' professional development and an important means to improve principals' modern comprehensive quality and management ability. Principals' developmental training is an idea based on scientific development and sustainable development, training orientation which bases on and transcends basic future adaptation, organized continuous communication which aims at stimulating principal's active learning, and a kind of quality promotion activity which takes improving principals' ability as core. In order to carry out principals' developmental training effeetively, we have to take the road of training specialization.
