摘　　要：为了进一步明确学校体育和社会体育之间的和谐发展关系、学校体育和竞技体育之间的和谐发展关系、学校体育自身的和谐发展关系,通过文献资料法分析了学校体育的和谐发展的问题。结果表明:和谐发展是学校体育发展的理论创新和历史的必然选择,也是和谐体育与和谐社会发展的时代要求。构建和促进学校体育的和谐发展是构建社会和谐发展和体育和谐发展的重要内容。To clarify the relationships between school sports, social mass sports and competitive sports,this thesis has analyzed the question how to achieve a harmonious development on school sports by means of literature materials. The result shows that the harmonious development of school sports is not only a theory innovation but also a natural selection, bound to meet the demands of building a harmonious society. According to the present status,we＇d better solve these problems：the relation between school P. E. and society ; the relation between school P. E. and competitive sports;and the harmonious development of school P. E. itself.
