摘　　要：李叔同是近代中国早期的艺术教育家,他教学严谨、认真,勇于开拓创新,善于因材施教,既教书又育人。李叔同献身教育,可谓是教师的楷模。其教育实践及精神独具魅力,历久弥新,对于当代教育工作者仍有借鉴和启发作用。Lishu-tong was an early art educationalist in modem China. On teaching, he had been rigorous and serious, bold in making innovations, and good at taining students in accordance with their unique aptitude. He generously imparted knowledge to his students and devoted himself to education, wherein he set a great example to teachers. Lishu-tong＇ s educational pratice and spirit have boasted of unique charm and longevity, which have inspired contemporary educators greatly.
