摘 要:利用蛋壳与丙酸溶液直接反应制取C6H10O4Ca。在单因素试验基础上,采用四因素二次通用旋转组合试验设计得出丙酸与蛋壳粉反应的回归方程,经方差分析检验显示该回归方程失拟性不显著,拟合度高。确定了直接反应法制取C6H10O4Ca产率的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度90℃,料液比1:16,丙酸用量180%,反应时间5h。在此条件下,C6H10O4Ca产率83.38%,纯度95.83%,重金属Pb含量(6.14×10)-4%。蛋壳是一种制备C6H10O4Ca的优质原料,实现资源利用,降低原料成本,减少环境污染。The preparation of calcium propionate by the direct response using recycle eggshell was studied in this paper. The research showed that the yield of calcium propionate couldn't improve remarkably by ultrasound treatment. On the basis of single-factor test, regression equation established by quadratic general rotational combination design experiment of four factors. The result showed that: the degree of fitting was higher and the reliability was better. The optimal extracting conditions as follows: extraction temperature 90℃, the liquid ratio 1:16, the amount of propionate 180%, the extraction time 5 h. Under these conditions, the yield of calcium propionate was 83.38%, the purity reached 95.83%, the contents of Pb was 0.000614% by using atomic absorption.
