摘　　要：人是教育的中心和出发点,也是教育的目的和归宿。一切教育的关键就在于使人成为自由的存在者,成为自由发展的主体,教育价值合理性的依据应当指向人的解放和自由,应当为扩展人的教育自由、促进人的自由发展服务。教育制度与教育自由之间存在着辩证统一的张力关系,教育制度扩张了个人的教育自由,并通过一系列内在的社会机制使个人的教育自由成为可能。Man is the center of education, and starting point, it is also to all education lies in making people be freedom, free development the purpose and destination. The key subject, basis of educational value rationality should point people＇s liberation and freedom, and it should serve for the expansion of people＇s education freedom, the promotion of human freedom development. There is tension connection between education system and education freedom, education system expands person＇s freedom of education, makes the individual education freedom be possible through a series of internal social mechanisms.
