摘　　要：随着新课改的深入开展,"协商对话"俨然成为现今德育改革领域中的热门话题。成为热门话题的"协商对话"有其特定的时代意蕴:它是德育改革的一个新视点,批判传统德育的一个新概念,构建现代德育的一个新视角,影响德育未来走向的一个新愿景。With thoroughly getting the new curriculum evaluation reform moving, ＂negotiation dialogue＂ seems to be the staple topic of conversation at the moment. The ＂negotiation dialogue＂ has the era intension： it is a new perspective of moral educational reform, a new concept of criticism of traditional moral education, a new fantastic point of view on establishing moral education of the times, and a new philosophy of affecting moral educational development.
