摘　　要：化学实验教学一直是大多数高等工科院校的重要基础实验课程,是培养提高大学生综合素质、创新意识的重要手段。该文结合实验教学的具体实践,从管理、硬件、师资队伍建设方面,实验教学内容、思想、手段和考核方法等方面,总结并提出了培养面向新世纪的高素质、创新人才的具体措施和想法。Chemical experimental teaching has been an important basic experimental course for most technical colleges and universities and an important way to train and improve comprehensive quality and innovation sense of colleges students. The detail policies and opinions are summarized, discussed and provided in training high-quality and innovation talents facing up to twenty-first century in this paper. The policies come from practice on chemical experimental teaching and metions several aspects, such as management, construction on hardware and teachers, content, mind, method and examination on chemical experimental teaching.
