摘　　要：提高本科毕业论文质量的逻辑出发点,应是实现高等教育的绩效。本文运用管理学、教育学、心理学、学习力及人力资源管理等理论,从绩效计划、绩效沟通、绩效评价诸方面对文科大学生毕业论文的绩效管理进行探讨,力求对提升毕业论文质量提出建设性意见。The author of this paper has discussed the achievement management of the graduation thesis of liberal arts in terms of plan, communication, education by means of such theories of education, pedagogy, psychology, learning power and human resources, and proposed related constructive suggestions.
