摘　　要：国内外研究表明乳蛋白中存在大量的免疫活性肽。乳蛋白酶解是目前获得免疫活性肽的主要手段。对乳蛋白来源的免疫活性肽的种类、结构及其功能进行详细的论述。Studies at home and abroad showed there were a large number of Immunocompetence peptides in milk protein. At present, the main mean of obtain Immunocompetence Peptide is milk protein hydrolysis. In this paper, the categories, structures and functions of Immunocompetence Peptides from milk protein were discussed in detail.
