摘　　要：心理疾病的预防已经成为许多国家心理健康服务的重点,相关实证性研究也已取得了初步的成果。本文概述了抑郁预防的概念与类型、抑郁防治的重点及措施,并提出未来仍需要在抑郁预防效果的测评方式、有效预防的机制、抑郁预防中的文化因素方面进行更加深入的研究。Prevention of mental disorders has become the most important part of the mental health service in most countries,and the research related has achieved many findings. Now,the implemention and the studies of depression prevention have take the adolescents in school as the main object, and targeted the risk factors such as negative cognition, stress and the response, interpersonal relationships and so on. In the future, more efforts should be made to test the effects of the prevetions in detail, to explore the mechanics of the effective prevention and to consider more about the cultural differences.
