摘　　要：本文对煮糖过程的监测机理进行分析,引入数据采集技术,对影响煮糖过程的各控制量进行实时监测,并结合数据挖掘和数据融合技术对获得的信息进行数据处理和分析,动态的反映了煮糖过程的实时变化,为煮糖实现自动化控制提供了有效依据。This paper analyze the detection mechanism of sugar boiling process, adopted data acquisition technology to detect all kinds of control quantity which affected the sugar boiling process in time, combined data mining and data fusion technology to analyze and process the obtained information, so that reflected dynamic change of sugar boiling process, so that realized automation control in sugar boiling.
