面向城乡基层的五年制临床医学专业教育改革与实践

摘　　要：中国是世界上最大的发展中国家，城乡基层社区卫生服务和人才队伍建设中存在着不少问题，制约着我国和谐社会卫生工作的发展。本文在对城乡基层尤其是农村基层卫生状况调查的基础上，结合城乡基层对“下得去、留得住、用得上”的高素质医学人才的需求，研制了面向城乡基层的五年制临床医学专业培养方案，从优化课程结构体系和加强医学基本技能培养人手，改革、构架理论课程模块和实践教学体系，实施面向城乡基层的社区基地教学，取得了一定的效果。同时，该研究成果为进一步深化基层社区卫生人才培养教学改革奠定了坚实的基础。China is one of the developing countries with a bigger population living in rural communities and has currently problems of providing health service to rural and urban communities. For this, one of the main reasons is the undersataffed and unqualified health work team. Based on the survey of rural heahhcare delivery and health manpower, the paper introduced the design, working out and implementation of the program of 5-year clinical medicine educational reform aiming at production of qualified health workers of rural and urban communities. It emphasized on optimization of the curricular structure and enhancement of basic skills practical training and highlighted the establishment of community teaching sites at grassroot level. As one of the results of the educational reform, the combination of the theoretical course mass and practical teaching system was formed.
