摘  要:正确的临床思维来源于扎实的理论基础、详细的病史询问、系统全面的体格检查以及严谨周密的临床综合分析思考,对于长学制医学生而言,良好的临床思维至关重要。本文通过北京大学人民医院开设的临床思维培养课程,对长学制医学生临床思维方面存在的问题进行了分析,就如何培养长学制医学生的临床思维进行了探讨和实践,并取得了一定的效果。The correct clinical thinking comes from well-knit clinical theories, detailed history inquiry, systematic and complete physical examination, and careful and comprehensive analysis and reason- ing. Good clinical thinking is very. important for long term program medical students. In this paper, through the course named clinical thinking cultivation in Peking University People' s Hospital, the problems of long term program medical students' clinical thinking were analyzed, exploration on the cultivation were carried out, and good effects were gotten.
