摘　　要：为了打造高质量的组织学与胚胎学精品课程、推进教学改革、提高教学质量，泰山医学院组织学与胚胎学教研室采取提高教师的学历和学位水平，对青年教师实行导师制度等措施，加强师资队伍建设；优选“十一五”规划教材，自行编写双语教材和实验教程，将教学大纲、多媒体课件等多种教学资源上网，加强教材的立体化建设；在理论教学、实验教学、第二课堂、考试等诸多教学环节中进行全方位的教学改革，以培养高质量、高素质、具有创新能力的医学人才。It is an aim which constructing histology and embryology superfine courses, promoting teaching reform and improving teaching quality. The staff of histology and embryology, Taishan Medical College worked hard on construction of teaching resource, by adopting echelon construction, promoting teacher＇s school diploma and degree, establishing advisor system for young teachers; optimizing use of 11 th five-year plan textbook and all-directional building of textbook ; for bring up higher quality person with innovating ability, we progressed teaching reform by many ways, for example theory lesson reform, experiment lesson reform, the second classroom reform and examination reform and so on.
