摘 要:数控技术实践教学作为整个教学体系的一个重要环节,是连接知识与实践,实践与创新的重要桥梁。阐述了在工程教育背景下,加强数控技术实践教学训练的必要性。提出将数控实践教学训练分为4个阶段实施,即:数控加工工艺基础训练、数控编程与数控机床操作训练、机械加工设备的拆装训练和数控机床的维修与保养训练。该实践教学训练有利于培养高素质数控技能型和创新型的数控人才。The practical teaching of digital control technology is an important link of the whole teaching system,which is an important bridge linking knowledge and practice,practice and innovation.This paper discusses the necessity of strengthening the practical teaching of digital control technology in the background of engineering education,suggesting that the practical teaching of digital control technology is divided into four stages,that is,training of basic digital control processing,training of digital programming and digital-controlled machine tool operation,disassembling training of mechanical processing equipment and maintenance and repair of digital-controlled machine tool.The practical teaching is favorable for fostering high-quality digital control talents with digital control skill and innovative ability.
