摘 要:针对带有环形阀片阻尼阀结构的油气弹簧开展了力学特性研究,利用叠加阀片的拆分原则推导了阀片组等效厚度关系式以及动态缝隙宽度表达式。运用流体力学和气体状态方程建模分析了油气弹簧的阻尼和弹性特性,对系统总输出力随位移的变化关系进行了仿真计算,并与台架试验数据相比较,验证了建模过程的正确性,而后研究了不同阻尼阀参数对油气弹簧示功特性的影响规律,得出了随着阻尼阀参数的改变油气弹簧示功特性曲线的变化趋势,为产品满足不同型号车辆的性能要求提供了参考。A mechanical characteristic research on hydro-pneumatic spring having damping valve structure with annular slice is presented. The expression of equivalent thickness and dynamic aperture width of a set of slice is deduced by using split principle of stacked slice. The damping and elasticity characteristic of hydro-pneumatic spring is analyzed by making use of hydrodynamics and gas dynamic equation. The variation relationship of the total system export force with displacement is studied and is compared with the test data,which validates the correctness of the process of model building. After that ,the influence rules that different damping valve parameters influence on energy indication characteristic of hydro-pneumatic spring are studied,so that the change tendency of energy indication characteristic of hydro-pneumatic spring along with the variety of damping valve parameter is educed,to offer reference to it that product satisfies with performance requirements of different types of vehicles.
