摘 要:目的研究专科专人负责制在护理本科生临床实践教学运用,提高临床实践教学水平,从而提高所培养护理人才整体素质。方法自2006年起,对进入临床实习阶段大四护理本科生,采用内、外、妇、儿专科专人负责制实践教学管理模式。内、外、妇、儿专科实习由学院指派专人指导,利用每周学生返校期间,采用实习讨论会、问题讨论题等教学方法,两届学生实践学习后发放调查表,评价教学效果,进行出科操作考试。结果88.5%学生对专科专人负责制实践教学模式表示喜欢,94.3%学生认为有必要开展这种教学模式;95.7%学生认为以这种教学模式为框架采用多种教学方法对理论联系临床有帮助。结论专科专人负责制实践教学模式得到大多数学生认可,激发学生实践学习兴趣;多种教学法使用不仅提高学生理论与实践相结合能力,也促进教师不断自我完善;引导学生对问题的深入探索,培养学生创造性思维。Objective To study the application of the system of specially designated person being responsible for the particular department in clinical practice teaching for nursing undergraduates, so as to help improve the teaching and thus the overall quality of the students. Methods The teaching for nursing undergraduates of grade 4 in the internship began in 2006 to be managed in the mode of specially designated person being responsible for the particular department, including internal medicine, surgery, gynaecology and pediatrics, who was responsible for the clinical practice of the related students. Discussions were held on every weekend when students returned. And at the end of the practice, the students were asked to fill in a questionnaire, and practices were organized, for evaluation of the teaching effect. Results 88.5% of the students expressed "like" for this model, 94.3% considered it necessary, and 95.7% were of the opinion that the multiple teaching methods in this model was conducive to combining the theory to the practice. Conclusion This model, wins recognition from the overwhelming majority of the students, stimulating their interest in the learning through practice; the multiple teaching methods not only improve the student's capability of integrating the theory with the practice, induces them to make the in-depth exploration and cultivate the creative thinking, but also spurs the teacher to improve themselves.
