论老子上善人格思想与师德建设

摘　　要：中国传统文化博大精深,道家老子的《道德经》短短几千字,内涵甚为丰富,其中他的上善人格的优秀品质正是当代人所缺失的。针对当前师德建设中困境,笔者认为老子这一思想具有积极的现实意义。China has the long and profound traditional culture. Lao-tzu, a Taoist, wrote 〈the Morals〉, which is not only concise about only thousands of characters but also profound. It is ht＇s greatest benevolence that the contemporary people lack. With view to the dilemma in the constructing of teacher＇s morality, I consider that the Lao-tzu ideology has the positive and realistic significance.
