军队院校《机械制造基础》课程教学改革实践

摘　　要：根据新时期军事变革、制造技术发展和军校教育转型的需要,军校教育目标由专业技术军官的培养转向技指合一的初级指挥生长军官的培养,其中本科教育以初级指挥生长军官"学历教育合训"为主。新培养目标要求学员在具有良好创新能力和工程素质的基础上,还应当具有良好的沟通协调能力和领导素质。为适应人才培养目标变化的需要,文章在分析《机械制造基础》教学特点和当前存在问题的基础上,探索了《机械制造基础》教学创新的新模式、新思路、新手段和新途径,促进了《机械制造基础》课程的教学改革。Based on requirements of military reform, development of manufacturing technology and education reform of military academies in the new era, the training objective of military university is changed from euhivation of military officers with professional skills to cultivation of junior military officers with commanding capability. This training objective requires that our cadets should not only have good innovation ability and sound engineering background, but also have good communication ability and obvious leadership competence. In order to meet this requirement, new modes, thoughts, measures and approaches for innovation of ＂fundamentals of mechanical manufacturing＂ teaching are discussed based on characteristics and existing problems of this course.
