摘　　要：没有爱就没有教育,"爱"是人生的真谛,"爱"是和谐的基础,"爱"是教育的永恒。近年来,我院以大爱育人理念为指导,创新了以职业生涯规划为平台,以素质拓展教育为载体,以职业市场认同为标准,融思想素质教育、人文素质教育、职业素质教育、身心素质教育于一体的职业素质培养体系,走出了一条基于大爱育人的高职素质教育之路。No love no education,love is the real meaning of life,love is the basis of harmony,love is an eternal education.In recent years,our college innovated career planning as a platform to expand the quality of education as carrier,job market recognition as the standard,ideological quality education,humane quality education,vocational quality education,physical and mental quality education in one of the professional quality training system,paved a path based on the quality of vocational education.
