摘　　要：采用了改进的BP神经网络对企业的财务状况进行了仿真预测,并与证券交易所公布的结果做比较,验证了其可靠性。Predict correctly in the corporate financial failure has many practical significances in many aspects.For example,it can help the investors and creditors to protect their rights and interests,helping the operators to prevent the financial crisis and the governmental management to monitor the quality of listed companies and stock market risk and so on.In this paper,an improved BP neural network is used to simulate and predicted the financial situation of enterprises,and then compared with the results of Stock Exchange to prove its reliability.
