摘  要:目的研究态度目标教学对《基础护理》教学近期及远期效果的影响。方法选择护理系本科护生5个班共154人为实验组,强化态度目标教学内容。同期正常教学5个班共152人设为对照组。测评两组态度目标得分及理论与实验考核,问卷调查:临床教师与病人对两组护生在实习期间的态度与技能的评价。结果基础护理教学终结考核,实验组态度目标测评分、实验技能和理论考核结果(38.1±10.4、80.5%、84.5±11.3)优于对照组(27.3±14.9、64.5%、76.6±16.5),差异有显著意义(均p<0.01);实习期间问卷调查,临床教师与病人对护生的服务态度和临床技能评价,实验组均优于对照组。结论强化《基础护理》态度目标教学不仅可以提高护生的服务意识,而且有助于提高专业知识和实验技能的教学效果。Objective To study the effects of attitudinal targets teaching in fundamental nursing. Methods Ten classes (306 cases) were randomized the conventionally taught group (152 cases) and the intensified group (154 cases). The later was taught by the way intensifying attitudinal target. Total students were tested on their attitudes, skills and credit hours in fundamental nursing. And a questionnaire answered by clinical teachers and patients provides information about all students on their attitudes and clinical skills in hospital. Results The results show that the attitudes, skills and credit hours in fundamental nursing were significantly higher in the intensified group than those in the conventionally taught group (p〈0.01). And in clinical practice, the satisfying ratios of clinical teachers and patients on the attitudes and clinical skills were higher in the intensified group than those in the conventionally taught group (p〈0.005). Conclusion Intensifying attitudinal targets teaching in fundamental nursing would make students to enhance the serving consciousness. It is a better ways and means for students to study nursing knowledge and clinical practice.
