高职院校校外“教学化”实训基地建设的途径与实践

摘　　要：为构建更为有效的高技能人才培养的平台,根据高职院校人才培养特点,提出了教学化校外实训基地建设的内涵和要求,以突出教学化特点的校外实训基地建设思路,从校企双方合作切入点的选择、合作过程的推进以及教学化校外基地建设的可持续性等方面进行了探讨和实践,进一步紧密校企间的合作。In order to construct more effective personnel training platform, this paper raises the contents and demands of constructing teaching training extramural bases according to the features of higher vocational colleges＂ talent cultivation. It probes into the choice of entry point of cooperation between school and enterprise, its progression and the sustainability of constructing teaching training bases outside campus to further strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise and create more effective stage to cultivate highly skilled talents.
